Also known as a Polka Dot Begonia, this plant features olive green leaves with silver spots and a bright red underside. This unique-looking plant thrives in bright light but is victim to scorched leaves if left in direct sunlight. With the right care, this plant can produce small white or pink flowers.     

-Plant when there is an abundance of little white roots. When planted follow these care instructions:

  • Light : Bright, indirect light. Avoid direct sunlight.
  • Water : Keep soil moist, not soggy. Reduce watering in the winter months. Good drainage is ideal.
  • Maintenance : Moderate. 
  • Air purifying? Not considered to be, however every plant is slightly. 
  • Toxicity: Toxic to pets and humans if ingested.
